About this appointment director gift
An appointment director usually runs the front of a practice or clinic, keeping the calendar full, handling cancellations at 7 a.m. and making sure the people walking in feel expected. It's a job that's mostly coordination, and the people who do it well are often the first thing a patient remembers. A gift that acknowledges that work lands better than something generic. A tee or hoodie with their title is useful on the days they're juggling phones and check-ins, and a mug with their name is a small daily reminder that someone noticed. Add the practice name or department on the second line if you know it, or keep it simple with just their name. Whichever you choose, it reads as thoughtful because it's specific to what they actually do.
