About this area director gift
An area director usually oversees a region's stores, sites or programs, which means a lot of driving, a lot of video calls and a lot of problems that land on their desk before anyone else's. They're the person who gets the call when a location is short-staffed or a quarterly target is slipping, and they often plan their weeks around other people's schedules. A gift that acknowledges the job without being a joke about it tends to land well. A mug is good for the office or the car, since that's where a lot of their coffee gets drunk. A hoodie suits the early mornings at a site visit or the long flights between regions. Add their title on the second line so it reads as theirs, and consider adding the region or the year they took the role. If you're recognizing a whole leadership team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
