About this audit internship gift
An audit internship is a long stretch of sitting with spreadsheets, tying numbers back to source documents, and learning how to ask a client for a missing invoice without sounding accusatory. Interns often work through busy season and tax deadlines, long days that end with a pile of workpapers still to be reviewed. A gift that acknowledges that grind lands well. A tee or hoodie they can wear on the weekend, or a mug for the early-morning coffee before the first meeting, shows you know the work is real. Adding the firm name, if you're sure of it, or the year they started can make it personal, and a second line with their name or their school makes it theirs. It's a good gift for the intern who's trying to figure out whether this is their career, because a small reminder of the work they've already done helps them keep going.
