About this bar supervisor gift
A bar supervisor runs the floor during the rush: scheduling the shifts, keeping the bartenders stocked, and calming down the regular who's had one too many. Most of the work happens on nights and weekends, so the gifts they'll actually use are the ones that fit that schedule. A soft tee for the drive home after close, a hoodie for the chilly walk to the car at 2 a.m., a mug for the first coffee before the morning inventory. What lands best is something that shows you know the job. Put Bar Supervisor on it, and if you know the bar's name or their shift, add that on the second line. It turns a generic work shirt into something that belongs to them, and it's the kind of thing their crew will notice and tease them about.
