About this collections agent gift
Collections agents spend their days on the phone with people who are behind on a bill, and that takes a steady voice and a thick skin. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge the job without making it the joke. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly office, a mug that's clearly theirs for the desk. The word collections agent on the front is a clear sign you noticed what they do, and it's a better gift than a generic office item. If you want it to feel more personal, add their team, their company's first name only if they've told you it's fine, or the year they started the role. Keep the text short and the shirt will look like something they'd actually wear on a Friday.
