About this completions manager gift
A completions manager keeps a project moving through the last stretch, when the paperwork, inspections and sign-offs pile up and everyone wants to be done. They're the person who tracks what's still open, chases the missing documents, and makes sure a building or project actually gets handed over on time. It's detail work that rarely gets thanked, so a gift that names the job stands out. Put their title on a shirt or mug and it becomes a small acknowledgment of a role most people don't understand. A hoodie suits the site office or a cold morning walk-through, and a mug fits the desk where they spend the long afternoons reconciling lists. Adding their name or company team on a second line makes it personal. The job title itself is the joke everyone in construction or project work will recognize.
