About this contract director gift
A contract director usually lives somewhere between legal, finance and the people who actually have to deliver the work. They negotiate terms, track deadlines, chase signatures and keep a lot of moving parts from colliding, and most of that happens in long meetings and inboxes that never stop. A gift that acknowledges the job without being a joke about paperwork tends to land best. A soft tee or a hoodie for the weekend, a mug that's clearly theirs for the office coffee run. Add the company or department if you know it, or their title on a second line, and the gift stops being generic. Contract work also runs on quarter and fiscal-year deadlines, so a late-year or early-year gift tends to arrive when they're most ready for a little appreciation.

- A mug for the deskAn 11 oz mug with their name and title keeps them caffeinated through the negotiation calls.
- A tee with a second lineType their department or team name on the second line for a shirt that's a little more personal than the title alone.
