About this counselor manager gift
A counselor manager usually sits between the front-line counselors and the leadership team, which means their days are a mix of case reviews, scheduling puzzles, staff check-ins and the occasional crisis that lands on their desk before lunch. They're the person who knows which counselor is carrying too many files and which program needs another hand. What lands well with someone in that role is a gift that acknowledges the balancing act. A tee or hoodie with their title on it works for the weekend, and a mug with their name is what they'll reach for during the first coffee of a long review week. If you're buying for a whole team of counselors who report to them, the Team Shop can put one design on everyone's shirt and the manager's name on its own line, so the gift feels shared rather than handed down. Ask a colleague what the manager is currently juggling and you'll have a much better sense of which product fits.
