About this daycare teacher gift
Daycare teachers spend their days on the floor with toddlers and preschoolers, wiping hands, reading the same picture book for the fortieth time, and somehow keeping track of who's napping and who needs a extra snack. The gifts they keep tend to be the ones that acknowledge that work without making it cute in a way that feels condescending. A soft tee for the drive home, a hoodie for the chilly room where the art supplies live, or a mug for the one quiet cup of coffee they get before the first pickup. Putting the center or classroom name on the design makes it theirs. If you're shopping for the whole staff, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with each person's name, which beats another box of cookies nobody has time to eat. Teacher appreciation is usually in early May in the US, so that's a good window to order, and the end of the school year is busy for everyone.
