About this director equipment gift
A director of equipment usually keeps a department running from behind the scenes: tracking gear, scheduling checkouts, fixing what breaks, and making sure the people who need the equipment can actually get it when they need it. Depending on the setting, that might be a school athletics department, a film or production crew, a hospital, a church media team, or a large company. Whatever the setting, the job tends to be thankless until something goes wrong, and that is part of why a personal gift lands well. A shirt or hoodie with their title on it makes the role visible, and a mug on the desk is a small daily acknowledgment. You can personalize any of these by typing the title into the text box and adding a second line for their name, department or the year they started. The preview shows you the layout before you order, so you can check the spacing.
