About this director sleep gift
A sleep director is the person who keeps a sleep lab, a sleep clinic or a sleep program running, often working nights themselves so patients can sleep in the dark and quiet. They know more about rest than almost anyone, which makes a gift for them easy to get wrong if it's just another generic tee. What tends to land is something that matches the hours they keep and the seriousness they bring to the work. A soft hoodie is a good pick for the cold early-morning drive home after a long shift, and a mug is the right size for the coffee they reach for when the night is ending. Put their title on it, sleep director, and add the clinic name or their own first name on a second line to make it theirs. Nothing about the design needs to be clever. It just needs to say that someone noticed what they do.
