About this drilling superintendent gift
A drilling superintendent runs the rig floor and answers for the crew, the schedule and the well, often on a rotation that keeps them away from home for weeks at a time. They know the difference between a clean trip out of the hole and a bad night, and they tend to be the first person up and the last to leave the site. A gift that acknowledges the work, not just the title, tends to land well. Put the job title on a tee they can wear to the yard, a hoodie for the cold early mornings on location, or a mug for the trailer or the truck. Adding their name, or a second line with their company or rig number if they're comfortable sharing it, turns a generic job shirt into something that's clearly theirs. Many people in this line of work also buy gear for the crew, and a shared design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a practical way to thank a whole crew at once.
