About this driver manager gift
A driver manager usually sits between the phones, the schedule and the people behind the wheel, so their day is mostly problem-solving: a route that fell through, a driver who's out sick, a truck that needs to be somewhere by six. The gifts that land tend to be the ones that acknowledge that juggling. A tee they can wear to the yard or on a weekend, a hoodie for the early dispatch hours when the office is cold, or a mug for the coffee that keeps them going through the morning rush. Put the title on it, driver manager or fleet manager, or just the word manager if that's how the company talks, and the shirt becomes a little bit theirs. If the wider team is in on it, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and paste a list of names so everyone gets a shirt with their own name on it.
