About this field director gift
A field director is the person who runs the work on the ground: organizing volunteers, managing teams, hitting targets and dealing with whatever the day throws at them, often far from the home office. Field directors are usually on the road or in the community more than behind a desk, so the gifts that land are the ones that go with them. A tee for a long day of canvassing or a site visit, a hoodie for the early mornings and cold evenings, a mug for the coffee they drink while planning the next week. The title is also a point of pride, and a design that says field director in their own words feels like recognition rather than a generic work shirt. Add their name, their region or their campaign year on the second line and the shirt becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
