About this grounds supervisor gift
A grounds supervisor is the person who notices the sprinkler head that's been knocked crooked, the bed that needs mulch before anyone else sees it, and the crew that's running short on Monday. They often start before sunrise, spend hours outdoors in every kind of weather, and carry the responsibility for how a campus, park, cemetery or office complex looks to the people who use it. The gifts that tend to land are the practical ones for a long day outside: a hoodie for the cold early mornings, a tee for the hot afternoons, and a mug for the truck or the shed where the coffee goes cold fast. Put their title on it exactly as they'd write it on a work order. If they go by a name on the crew, add that underneath. A shirt that says grounds supervisor and their first name reads as something they earned, not a generic work shirt from the supply closet.
All grounds supervisor gifts →- A hoodie for early startsGrounds crews are out before the sun is up, so a warm hoodie with their title and name gets worn most days through the cold months.
- A tee for the work dayA dark tee with grounds supervisor on the front suits the hot, dusty afternoons and is easy to wear straight to the next site.
- A mug for the truckAn 11oz mug with their name keeps their coffee hot through the first hour and makes sure it doesn't end up on someone else's workbench.
- Matching shirts for the whole crewPick one design in the Team Shop and paste the crew's names so everyone gets their own shirt with their own name on it.
