About this hrbp gift
HRBP stands for HR business partner, the person who sits between the people team and a department's managers and handles the messy stuff: performance conversations, team conflicts, reorgs, and the hiring questions nobody else wants to field. Many HRBPs are working on laptops in meetings all day and carry a notebook of sensitive details they can't share, so a gift that acknowledges the job without being overly sentimental tends to land well. A hoodie for the video-call hours, a mug for the back-to-back meeting mornings, or a tee for the offsite. Add their title in the second line if you know it, or the year they started if they've been carrying a team for a while. If they're one of several HRBPs in the same company, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a good thank-you when a project wraps.
