About this inserter gift
An inserter is someone who works on a production or mail line, feeding inserts into envelopes, packages or magazines at speed, often on a shift that runs through the night. The job is repetitive and fast, and the people who do it tend to notice when a gift acknowledges that. A soft tee they can wear to the warehouse or on a weekend, a hoodie for the cold dock or the early start, or a mug for the break room where the coffee is always too hot to drink quickly. Adding the company name or the shift they work, if they're comfortable sharing it, makes the gift feel personal rather than generic. A simple line like Inserter on the front with a second line for their name or their shift is enough to make it theirs. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name printed on their own shirt.
