About this light adjuster gift
A light adjuster is the person who sets and tunes lighting so the room, the stage or the building does what it's supposed to. Much of the work happens on ladders, in dim spaces and under tight deadlines, and the results are noticed mostly when they're right. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little bit proud: a tee for the crew bag, a hoodie for cold load-ins, a mug for the first coffee before the rig goes up. Their name, or the word light adjuster itself, on the front makes the gift specific to the job rather than generic work wear. If you're buying for a whole lighting crew, the Team Shop lets you put one design on every shirt with each person's name, which tends to feel better than another round of takeout. Dark shirts suit the blackout-heavy work most of them do, and light shirts show up well for anyone who spends their days in a bright studio.
