About this manager equipment gift
A manager of equipment keeps a fleet, a yard or a shop running, which usually means they're the first call when a machine goes down and the last one to leave when the job is finished. They know which truck has a bad clutch, which crew needs the good tools and when the rental return is due. A gift for them lands when it reflects that work: a tee or hoodie they can wear on the lot, or a mug for the trailer office where the coffee gets cold while the phone keeps ringing. Make it theirs by adding the part of the operation they run, such as fleet, yard, shop or site, plus their name or crew number on the second line. If you're buying for a whole maintenance team, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name and size, which tends to go over better than another round of donuts.
