Organization Development Consultant Runs on Coffee dark tee

About this organization development consultant gift

Organization development consultants spend their days helping teams work out how they actually get things done, which usually means interviews, workshops, uncomfortable conversations and a lot of listening before anyone gets to a recommendation. The person you're shopping for has probably carried a laptop full of slide decks through three client offices in one week and still managed to look calm in the meeting. A gift that reflects that work lands better than generic professional swag. A tee or hoodie with their title on the front and their firm or specialty on a second line gives them something to wear when they're off the clock and tired of explaining what they do at parties. A mug with their name is the one for the home office, where the real thinking happens. If you're buying for a whole practice or a team that trained together, the Team Shop lets you put every name on the same design so the group looks as put together as the work they deliver.
