About this patient svc coord gift
A patient services coordinator is usually the person who makes a hard day easier for everyone else. They're the one on the phone sorting out insurance questions, rebooking a cancelled procedure, calling a family back with an answer, and keeping the front desk from drowning. Thanks from patients rarely reaches them directly, so a gift with their job on it can say what the team often doesn't. A shirt or hoodie works well for a jacket-required clinic or a long commute, and a mug fits the desk they spend most of their day at. The title is long and not everyone uses it the same way, so consider using the exact wording from their badge or email signature, or a short version of it, depending on what they'd recognize. Add their name and, if they like it, the clinic or department on a second line. Small details like that make it feel chosen for them rather than picked from a list.
All patient svc coord gifts →- A tee for the front deskPut patient svc coord on a light tee and add their name on the second line. It's comfortable for a long shift in a busy office.
- A hoodie for cold clinic hallwaysMany clinics keep the AC high, and a hoodie with their title on it is something they'll reach for every day.
- A mug for the deskAn 11oz mug with their name gives them a place to start the morning, and it stays on their desk instead of wandering into the break room.
- Matching shirts for the teamPick one design in the Team Shop and paste the names of everyone on the patient services team. Each person gets their own size.
