About this screed operator gift
A screed operator spends the day on a concrete slab, running a screed machine or a straightedge across fresh mix and working out the level before it sets. The job is early starts, a lot of kneeling and bending, and a bit of pride in a floor that comes out flat. The gifts that land are the practical ones for a job that's hard on the body. A soft tee for the weekend, a hoodie for cold mornings on site, or a mug for the truck, so the coffee isn't going cold on the tailgate. Putting their name on it makes it theirs, and a second line with their crew or company name tells the rest of the site who the shirt belongs to. Anything that says they know the trade will mean more to them than a generic hard-hat slogan.
