About this shipping coordinator gift
A shipping coordinator is the person who keeps the boxes moving. They're juggling carrier cutoffs, a dock that's behind, a customer asking where an order went, and a manifest that doesn't match the pallet. It's a job that runs on spreadsheets, phone calls and last-minute fixes, and the people who do it well rarely get thanked. A shirt or mug with their job title on it says you noticed. Put their name on it, or add their company or warehouse on a second line if you know it. Hoodies carry well through cold loading docks and early morning starts, and a mug on the desk is the one thing that stays put during a busy week. If you're buying for a whole shipping team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is usually a better team gift than another lunch.
