About this supervisor case gift
A supervisor case is usually someone who tracks a caseload, signs off on the hard calls, and takes the phone when a situation goes sideways. Their days are split between their own clients and the staff they coach, so the gifts they keep tend to be the ones that acknowledge both sides of that job. A tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the office that runs cold, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander into the copier room. Put the title on it and you're recognizing the responsibility they carry, not just handing over another generic work shirt. If you're shopping for a whole team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a warmer thank-you than a sheet cake. Plenty of agencies mark the end of the year or the close of a hard project, which is a natural time to give one.
