Supervisor Fabrication Runs on Coffee mug

About this supervisor fabrication gift

A supervisor in fabrication usually spends the day on the shop floor, around cutting tables, welders, press brakes and the smell of cutting fluid, and then manages a schedule full of rework, rush orders and crews who all want the same machine. Gifts that land for this person tend to be practical and a little tough: a shirt they can wear to the plant without worrying about grease, a hoodie for the cold mornings on the floor, a mug for the break room that's clearly theirs. Put the title on it, supervisor or fabrication supervisor, so it reads as a role they've earned rather than a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to mean more than a sheet cake. Fabrication shops often run a few production peaks a year, so ordering a couple of weeks ahead keeps the gift from arriving on the day the deadline hits.
