About this supervisor group gift
Supervisors sit in the middle. They answer to managers above them and keep a crew of people on schedule below them, which means their days are full of scheduling conflicts, quick decisions and the occasional hard conversation nobody else wants to have. A gift that acknowledges that middle position tends to land well. Think of the tee they can wear on a long shift, a hoodie for the early-morning check-in, or a mug for the desk where the coffee goes cold while they're fixing someone else's problem. Adding the name of their team or the group they lead, like Night Crew, Floor Team or Shift B, makes the gift specific to their work. If you're shopping for a whole supervisory group, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to say you notice the people who keep things running.
