About this vp applications gift
A VP of applications usually sits between the business side and the engineering team, turning what the company needs into software that people can actually use. Their week tends to be a mix of vendor calls, roadmap reviews, outage post-mortems and long stretches of trying to get three departments to agree on one set of priorities. A gift that acknowledges that balancing act lands well. A tee or hoodie is a comfortable way to wear the title on weekends or at the offsite, and a mug is a small daily reminder for the desk where most of those decisions get made. Put the title in the main line and add a second line with a team name, a product or a company year if it fits. Keep it simple and personal, because a title alone on a shirt can read as a bit formal, and a little extra text is what makes it theirs.
