About this warehouseman gift
A warehouseman spends the shift on concrete floors, lifting, scanning, counting pallets and keeping the dock moving while the rest of the building depends on them. Gifts that land are the ones that feel like they were picked by someone who knows what the job takes: a sturdy tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the cold loading bay, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the break room. Add their name, or a second line for their shift or crew, and the shirt stops being a generic job tee and becomes theirs. If you're shopping for a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better thank-you than another round of lunch. Warehouse work runs through the holiday rush, so a small gift in the weeks before peak season is a good time to say you noticed.
