About this winter intern gift
A winter intern is usually a student or new grad working a cold-weather stretch, often in an office or lab that's quiet and a bit chaotic at once. They're learning the building, the coffee order, the way the team actually talks, and they're probably trying hard not to look lost. A gift that says they belong somewhere can land well. Put winter intern on a tee for the first week they wear it to the office, or a hoodie for the early mornings and cold commute. A mug is practical for the desk they're still getting comfortable at. You can add the company or team on the second line if you know it, or the season and year, so the gift feels like a marker of this specific chapter rather than a generic intern shirt. Keep it light and encouraging, since most interns are measuring themselves against everyone else right now.
