About this cafe lead gift
A cafe lead runs the shift that keeps the whole place moving: opening the espresso machine before sunrise, training new baristas on steaming milk, handling the lunch rush when the line runs out the door, and closing down the bar at night. It's a job that's equal parts hospitality and logistics, and the people who do it well tend to be the ones everyone else asks for help. A gift that acknowledges that lands best. A mug is a natural pick, since coffee is the job and the first cup of the morning is the one they'll reach for before anything else. A tee or hoodie works well for the early mornings and the cold walk in. Put the cafe's name or their own name on it, or add lead as the second line so it's clearly theirs. If you're buying for the whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a good way to thank the team that keeps the place running.

- A hoodie for the early morningsOpening a cafe means cold mornings and a cold walk in, so a warm hoodie with their title earns its place on the hook by the back door.
