About this collection representative gift
A collection representative spends the day on the phone and in inboxes, often hearing from people who are stressed about money, so the job asks for patience, tact, and a thick skin. Many of them work in call centers or field roles where the day is long and the breaks are short, which makes a comfortable tee, a warm hoodie for the cold office, or a mug that's clearly theirs more welcome than it might seem. The gifts that tend to land are the ones that acknowledge the work without making a joke of it. Put their job title on the front, and add their name, team, or the year they started on the second line. A shirt that says collection representative with their first name underneath feels like it was made for them. If you're buying for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nicer way to say thanks than another box of donuts.
