About this janitor gift
Janitors keep a building running before anyone else arrives and often after everyone has gone home. They know which door sticks, which floor gets scuffed first, and where the spare toilet paper lives. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land better than a generic joke about mops. A tee or hoodie with janitor on it is a simple way to say you see what they do, and adding their building, school, or shift on the second line makes it theirs. Many people in this job work long early or late shifts, so a soft shirt for the drive in or a warm hoodie for cold mornings gets real use. A mug works well for the break room, where a name on it keeps it from wandering off. If you're buying for a whole custodial crew, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
