About this lab tech gift
Lab techs spend their shifts with gloves on, running samples, checking QC logs and keeping the analyzers humming while most of the building sleeps. The gifts they tend to keep are the ones that acknowledge that work without making a fuss: a comfortable tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly lab that never seems to get warm, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander off to the bench next to it. You can make a lab tech gift feel personal by putting their own job title on it, or the department they work in, like clinical, microbiology or histology. If the title on their badge is tech, technologist or MLS, type that exact word, since it's how they describe themselves. For a whole team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a nice way to say thanks, and it's easier than coordinating a lunch.
