About this manager technical gift
A technical manager usually sits between engineers who want to build things and leaders who want to know when they'll ship. They run sprint reviews, untangle roadmaps, argue about headcount and still find time to debug a deployment when the team is short. A gift that acknowledges that mix of technical depth and people work tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is a clear nod to the role, and a mug works for the early standup or the long afternoon of planning. If you'd like something more personal, add a second line for their team name, their company's engineering group or a year they started leading. Keep the design simple and let the title do the talking; most technical managers already have plenty of novelty swag and will appreciate something they can wear to the office without explaining it.
