About this ruby developer gift
Ruby developers spend their days inside Rails apps, debugging gems and reviewing pull requests, and they tend to notice when a gift actually understands that. A tee for the standup, a hoodie for the cold server room or the late-night deploy, or a mug for the desk where the coffee has gone cold more than once. What lands best is something that shows you know the work. Put the word Ruby front and center, then use the second line for a name, a team, or a line that only a Rubyist would laugh at. Many designs in this category have room for that second line, so you can keep the design clean and still make it theirs. If you're buying for a whole engineering team, the Team Shop lets you order one design and paste everyone's names, so each developer gets a shirt with their own name and the right size.
