About this solution lead gift
A solution lead usually sits between the people who build software and the people who have to live with it. Most of their week goes to meetings, sorting out what the customer actually asked for, and figuring out how the pieces fit, which means they're often the calmest person in the room and the one who gets blamed when a launch slips. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. Start with a T-shirt or dark tee for a casual Friday, or a hoodie for the long stretch of sprint planning and late-night releases. A mug with their title on it is the one that gets used every day at a desk that's always a little messy. Use the second line for their team, product or client name so it reflects the part of the work they actually care about, not just the job title on a badge.
