About this training coordinator gift
A training coordinator is the person who keeps everyone else's skills current. They schedule the onboarding sessions, track who still needs their certification renewed, book the rooms, and quietly fix the handout that's three years out of date. Most of the work happens behind the scenes, so a gift that acknowledges it lands well. A soft tee for the days they're running a classroom on their feet, a hoodie for the cold conference room where the projector always takes ten minutes to start, or a mug for the desk where the schedule lives. Put the title on it exactly as they use it, and add their department or the program they run in the second line if you know it. If you're shopping for someone who runs a whole cohort or team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a good way to thank a whole training group at once.
