About this recorder gift
A recorder player might be a music teacher, a classroom kid who just learned to play Hot Cross Buns, a session musician, a church volunteer, or someone who plays the instrument because it's small enough to carry everywhere. The word covers a lot of ground, and the best gift starts with which kind of recorder they are. Think about where they practice: a school band room, a recital hall, a porch on a quiet evening. A tee that says Recorder with a line underneath for their ensemble, school or teaching studio makes it theirs. A mug works well for the music teacher who drinks coffee through rehearsals, and a hoodie suits the adult player who spends cold evenings in drafty rehearsal halls. For a young student or a child's first instrument, a kids tee lets them show off their new skill to the whole class. Add a name or a year to make it personal, and it becomes a reminder of the hours they've put in.
All recorder gifts →- A tee with their ensemble on itChange the second line to the name of their group, school or studio so it's clear which music world they belong to.
- A mug for the music teacherAn 11 oz mug is the everyday pick for the teacher who needs coffee between classes and rehearsals.
- A hoodie for the cold rehearsal hallFor the adult player who spends long evenings in drafty rooms, a hoodie is warmer than a tee and still shows what they play.
- A kids tee for a new studentA young recorder student will be proud to wear their instrument's name to class on the day of their first recital.
