About this angels camp gift
Angels Camp is a small Gold Country town in Calaveras County, California, best known for its frog-jumping history and its gold-rush roots. People who live there, or who grew up there and moved away, tend to hold on to the name hard. A shirt or mug with Angels Camp on it says where someone is from in a way a generic California tee never could. It suits the longtime resident who knows every shopkeeper on Main Street, the former student who still gets homesick for the foothills, and the visitor who stopped in for a day and fell for the place. Because the town is small, a local detail in the second line, like a street name, a school year or a family name, makes the gift feel earned rather than bought off a rack. For a group, such as a reunion of people who grew up together or a crew of volunteers, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name.
