About this barbados gift
Barbados is a small island with a big hold on the people who come from it, visit it, or married into it. A shirt with the name on the front does a lot of work. It's for the Bajan living in Brooklyn, London or Toronto who wants a piece of home, for the couple who got married on the island and still talk about it, and for the family planning a trip and wanting matching tees at the airport. Crop Over, the island's summer festival, ends with Kadooment Day in early August, and it's a natural time to order for a group. Barbados Independence Day falls on November 30, which is another good reason to give something with the name on it. You can add a second line to make the gift specific: a year, a parish, a hotel, or the name of the person who's been talking about going back since the last visit. Tees, hoodies and mugs all work, and kids and baby sizes mean the next generation gets in on it.
All barbados gifts →- A tee for the one who's from thereBarbados on a T-shirt, with their parish or the year they left on the second line if the design has one. Dark tees tend to make bold colors stand out.
- Matching shirts for a family tripOrder one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt. It makes the airport photo and every beach photo after it easy to spot.
- A hoodie for the cold-weather BajanFor someone who relocated to a place with real winters, a Barbados hoodie is a daily reminder of where the warm weather is.
- A baby onesie with the island on itFor a new baby with Bajan roots, a onesie with Barbados and their name or birth year is a gift grandparents will frame in photos.
