About this beckley gift
Beckley is a small city in the coalfield hills of southern West Virginia, and the people who grew up there tend to stay proud of it wherever life takes them. A Beckley shirt is how a former resident waves the flag at a reunion, a college campus or a family visit home. Because the name is short and local, a shirt with just Beckley on the front reads as an inside joke to anyone from the area, which is part of the appeal. For someone who has moved away, a mug with Beckley on it is a daily reminder of where they started. For a new resident or a graduate heading out of town, a hoodie with the city name and the year they left makes a warm, practical gift for cold mornings and long drives.
