Benicia Echo Stack tee

About this benicia gift

Benicia is a small waterfront city on the Carquinez Strait in Solano County, California, and the people who call it home tend to say so with some pride. A shirt with the city name is how a Benicia local marks that they're from a place with its own main street, its own old buildings and its own waterfront. It also suits someone who grew up there and moved away, the kind of person who still checks the local news and gets homesick for a particular stretch of shoreline. For the Benicia resident who's already proud of it, a tee or hoodie is an everyday way to wear it. Add a neighborhood, a street or the year they moved in as a second line, and the design becomes specific to them rather than a souvenir. Mugs work well for the kitchen table, where a hometown mug starts conversations with guests. Because the city is small, a detail like that personal second line usually means more than a bigger design would.
