About this birchwood gift
Birchwood is a name that can mean a small town, a neighborhood or a family that's been there for generations, and the person who'd receive this gift probably has a strong feeling about which one it is. A shirt with Birchwood on it says home to someone who's proud of where they're from, whether they still live there or left years ago. It's the kind of gift that gets worn to the high school football game, the county fair or the first trip back after moving away. Since the place is specific to them, the detail that matters most is the one only they would recognize. Add a second line with a street, a year or a nickname that locals use, and the shirt stops being a generic town souvenir and starts being theirs. Birchwood is a place name, so your best move is to check the designs against how the person actually talks about home.
