About this callender gift
Callender is a place name, and a shirt that says Callender is a way for someone to claim a hometown that might be small enough that nobody outside it has heard of it. For a person from there, the gift says you know where they come from. Lots of people who grew up somewhere like this move away for school or work and keep that town close, so a Callender shirt or mug works as a reminder of home on a bad week in a city far away. It also suits anyone who stayed, the one who runs into everybody at the grocery store and still wants to wear the name. Since this is a place rather than a team or a job, the second line is where the personal touch goes: a street, a high school class year, a family name, or the year they left. Those details make the shirt theirs in a way the town name alone can't.
