About this cape girardeau gift
Cape Girardeau is a river city in southeast Missouri, sitting on the Mississippi, and people who grew up there tend to carry it with them wherever they go. A Cape shirt is how a former Caper wears hometown pride at a college game, a family reunion or a summer trip back. For someone who still lives there, it says something about belonging to a place that's small enough to know your neighbors and big enough to keep you busy. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a neighborhood, a school, a year or a nickname that only locals would get, which turns a generic city shirt into a personal one. A hoodie suits the chilly river mornings, and a mug fits the kitchen of someone who misses the drive along the water. If you're buying for a group of friends who all went through the same school there, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name.
