About this carencro gift
Carencro is a small city in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, a short drive north of Lafayette. Most people who live there have strong ties to the place: they grew up with the same schools, the same church suppers and the same Friday nights on the same back roads. A Carencro shirt is how they say so when they're out of town or wearing it around home. Because the city is small and close-knit, a design that names the town feels personal in a way a generic Louisiana souvenir doesn't. For the family who moved away, a Carencro mug is a daily reminder of where they're from. For a new baby, a Carencro onesie starts the hometown pride early. Adding a second line, like a street, a school year or a family name, makes the piece really theirs.
