About this chesapeake beach gift
Chesapeake Beach is a small town on the Maryland shore of the Chesapeake Bay, and people who grew up there tend to carry it with them. Summers mean boat rides, crab feasts on a picnic table and a salty breeze that never quite leaves a towel. For someone who's moved away, a shirt with the town name is a quick way to say where they're from, and it starts the conversation every time. For a current resident or a regular visitor, a hoodie for the cool bay evenings or a mug for the morning porch makes a gift that fits how they actually spend their days. Add a second line with a year, a street or a nickname only locals would get, and it becomes theirs. Because the town is small, many designs are simple and clean, so the detail you add does most of the work.
