About this cliff island gift
Cliff Island is a small place, and people who grew up there or spent summers there tend to hold onto it hard. A shirt with the island's name is how a former islander wears their roots to the mainland, and how a summer regular marks the place they keep coming back to. Small islands have their own rhythm: the ferry schedule, the one general store, neighbors who have known each other for decades. A gift that names the island tells the person you noticed that part of their life. Pick a hoodie for the cold ocean mornings, a dark tee for the beach, or an 11 oz mug for the porch where they drink their first coffee. If the recipient is a kid who has only visited, a kids tee or baby onesie with the island name makes a good keepsake from the trip. Adding the year they first went out, or the name of their house or family, makes the gift feel like theirs.
