About this cloverport gift
Cloverport is a small town on the Ohio River in Kentucky, and people who grew up there tend to stay attached to it even after they've moved on. A Cloverport shirt is a way to claim the place, whether that's for a homecoming weekend, a reunion, or a relative who still lives there and keeps the local news going. Small towns don't have a lot of souvenir shops, so a shirt with the name on it often becomes the thing people actually wear around the house and not just on trips. The second line on most designs is open, so you can add a graduation year, a family name, or a nickname the town uses. For someone who left and misses it, a mug with the town name is a small daily reminder of where they're from. For someone still living there, a hoodie is the practical choice for cold river mornings.
