About this colfax gift
Colfax is a name that tends to send people looking at a map. It's a street as much as a place, a long avenue that runs across a good stretch of the Denver area, and people who grew up near it or spent years driving it tend to have a strong attachment to the name. A shirt or mug with Colfax on it is a way for someone to claim that connection, whether they live there now or only remember it from years back. Since the name carries a lot of local meaning, the strongest gift is one that reflects how this person knows the place. Pick the design that fits their personality, and use the second line for a neighborhood, a year they lived there, or the street number they remember. Hoodies suit people who still think of it as home in cold months, and kids tees and onesies work well for families who want a little local pride passed down.
